This wet room (a bathroom in which everything is optimized to thrive in a wet environment) was a perfect solution for clients who loved their claw-foot tub with shower fixtures but didn’t like the look of a shower curtain with it. Everything in the room is, of course, waterproof. Proper sealing was crucial. We installed a linear drain along the outside wall and pitched the floor so that all water flows to the drain. Radiant heating in the floor and spray foam to the walls and ceiling ensure a cozy wet-room experience.
